A commission from an existing property management client to completely upgrade and transform a private penthouse, ready for the super prime rental market.

Working closely with Harrods Interior Design team, the commissioned refurbishment included a full overhaul of electrics, AV and joinery throughout; interior layouts were enhanced for modern living and large terrace redesigned to maximise views from one of London’s most prestigious addresses.

Architectural character and unique heritage features were maximised to provide an impressive backdrop. Redefining new levels of bespoke, our work included exquisite chevron flooring, intricate panelling and doors throughout, handcrafted wallpapers and the finest Italian marbles.
