Renovation and large extension for a 1930’s arts and crafts house to maximise space and living areas as a contemporary family home.

Working with Soup architects and the client, we delivered new mechanical and electrical systems to fully upgrade the property, plus the build of a substantial new ground floor extension across the width of the site, new lower garden studio and new master bedroom on the first floor – all using unique and contrasting materials. The quality and craftsmanship of our work has been recognised through awards including The Sunday Times British Home Wards – Best Transformation, RIBA South East 2018 – Best Design, RIBA 2018 Best Small Project, and a nomination for House of the Year RIBA 2018, as televised on Grand Designs.
