Design, planning and reconfiguration of a penthouse apartment to accommodate a full-height glass elevator with an entrance to a new “glass sky box”.

Setting new standards for a grand, yet contemporary entrance, our commissioned works included a bespoke glass elevator and staircase ascending around the lift shaft from the main entrance to a new “glass sky box” roof terrace extension, on the eighth floor. New layouts and bespoke interiors maximised the generous proportions of the living spaces and four en-suite bedrooms.

PREPARING FOR SUPER PRIME RENTAL

Working closely with Harrods Interior Design team, the commissioned refurbishment included a full overhaul of electrics, AV and joinery throughout; interior layouts were enhanced for modern living and large terrace redesigned to maximise views from one of London’s most prestigious addresses.
